Sky Artist of the Year: Wildcard at Broadstairs June 2018 Completion of paintings in a day at Broadstairs in Kent. The sea actually came up over the seawall and onto my painting!

'Girls Days Out' joint exhibition with Sarah Reed. Jan - Feb 2018 Completion of all paintings on location in all weathers, around the coastline of Hampshire & Dorset. The ever changing light adds a spontaneity and integrity which is impossible to capture in the confines of a studio. Displayed in the Hatch Gallery, Christchurch.

I studied at Brighton Art College, graduating in 1986 with a BA (Hons) degree in Expressive Arts. My Inspiration comes from my surroundings, living in the New Forest and being a ten minute drive from the Sea! I am obsessed with trying to evoke movement and passion in my paintings, I like to experiment with different materials in order to create something that is tactile and fluid.
